Ball Valve Nipple Drinker

The ball valve nipple drinker features a clip-on bracket and replaceable red ball valve cartridge, designed for 20 mm PE water lines. Birds can activate water flow by pecking the stainless steel stem. When the stem is released, water pressure pushes the stainless steel ball back into position to automatically seal the valve and stop water flow.

The inner cartridge can be removed and replaced separately without dismantling the entire bracket, reducing maintenance time and replacement costs. It is widely used in commercial broiler, layer, and breeder farms to provide automatic water supply while saving water and helping reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

• Replaceable Cartridge Design: The red valve cartridge can be removed and replaced separately. When the cartridge is worn or damaged, only the cartridge needs to be replaced while the bracket can be reused, helping reduce operating costs.
• Ball Valve Sealing Structure: The stainless steel ball valve uses water pressure for sealing without a compression spring. It offers strong pressure resistance and helps minimize dripping and leakage under high water pressure.
• C-Type Clip-On Installation: After drilling a hole in the water pipe, the C-shaped clip can be directly snapped onto the pipe without threads or glue, making installation and removal quick and easy.
• 360° Multi-Angle Drinking: Birds can activate water flow by touching the stainless steel stem from different angles, making it convenient for birds to drink.
• Durable Materials: The 304 stainless steel stem is rust-resistant and wear-resistant, while the housing is made of new PP engineering plastic with good aging resistance and corrosion resistance for poultry farming environments.
