Plug Disc Chain

This product is a fully automatic feed conveying system designed for modern commercial livestock farms. It includes a disc-chain feed line and a complete range of conveying pipe and line accessories, suitable for large-scale pig, poultry, duck, and other livestock operations. The system enables fully automatic, enclosed feed delivery from the feed silo to individual livestock houses, with automatic replenishment and multi-point feed distribution. It reduces manual feeding labor while minimizing feed waste and contamination, making it suitable for both new farm installations and automation upgrades of existing farms.

• 304 Stainless Steel Wire Rope—Made entirely of 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
• Secure Disc Connection— Each disc is reinforced with a steel pin to help prevent slipping or detachment during operation.
• Wear-Resistant Nylon Discs—Made from toughened, wear-resistant nylon with high strength and excellent resistance to wear and corrosion.
• Flexible Farm Layout— Supports multiple horizontal turns and vertical lifting, allowing flexible installation according to different farm layouts.
• Low Feed Breakage— Feed breakage is typically only 2%–3%, making the system especially suitable for pellet feed.
• Long Conveying Distance— A single feed line can convey feed over long distances, with a maximum conveying distance of approximately 300–350 m, depending on system configuration.
• Enclosed Feed Conveying— Fully enclosed pipes help protect feed from rodents and dust and reduce the risk of moisture contamination and feed spoilage.
• Low Residual Feed— The conveying system leaves less residual feed inside the pipes, helping reduce feed waste and improve feed utilization.
