Project Overview
This project was an automatic feeding line supporting project for a pig farm in Qingyuan, Guangdong, China, in August 2026. With the continuous expansion of modern livestock farming, pig farms require feeding systems with higher stability, conveying efficiency and feed distribution accuracy. Traditional manual feeding methods involve high labor intensity and lower management efficiency, making them unsuitable for intensive production.
To improve feed transportation efficiency and reduce manual operation costs, the customer upgraded the automatic feeding system. Based on the feeding line layout and application requirements, Jizhuwu supplied key components including quantitative feed buckets and horn feed pipes to achieve stable and efficient feed delivery.
Client Pain Points
1. Manual feeding efficiency was insufficient for intensive pig farming operations.
2. The feeding system required continuous and stable feed transportation.
3. More accurate feed distribution was needed to optimize daily feeding management.
4. Feeding line components needed excellent durability for long-term farm operation.
Our Solution
Jizhuwu provided supporting components for the automatic feeding line system according to the customer’s requirements.
Drop Feed Dispenser — Designed to accurately control feed discharge volume and achieve precise feed distribution.
Pig Feed Drop Tube — Designed with a smooth guiding structure to reduce conveying resistance and ensure stable feed delivery into the feeding area.
Jizhuwu matched the product specifications with the customer’s feeding line requirements to ensure reliable integration and stable automatic feeding performance.
Project Achievements
After installation, the farm achieved improved feed transportation efficiency and higher feeding automation. The quantitative feed buckets and horn feed pipes provided stable performance, reduced manual operations and improved daily feeding management efficiency, supporting long-term operation of intensive pig farms.
