Project Overview
This project was an automatic feeding line supporting project for a 10,000-sow farm in Yangma Island, Yantai, Shandong, China, in August 2025. With the development of large-scale pig farming, modern farms require higher efficiency, feeding accuracy and automation levels. Traditional manual feeding methods require significant labor input and cannot ensure continuous and accurate feed supply.
To improve production efficiency and achieve standardized feeding management, the client introduced an automatic feeding system. Based on the farm scale, feeding line layout and application requirements, Jizhuwu supplied key components including quantitative feed buckets, horn feed pipes and corner wheels to establish a stable and efficient automatic feeding system.

Our Solution
Jizhuwu provided supporting solutions for the automatic feeding line system according to the requirements of the large-scale sow farm.
Drop Feed Dispenser — Designed to accurately control feed discharge volume and improve feeding management.
Pig Feed Drop Tube — Designed with a smooth internal structure to reduce conveying resistance and ensure stable feed delivery.
Pig Feed Line Corner Wheel — Installed at turning points of the feeding line to optimize conveying routes and improve system stability.
Combined with the automatic feeding system, these components enabled automatic feed transportation and accurate distribution, improving overall farm efficiency.
Project Achievements
After implementation, the farm achieved a higher level of feeding automation with reduced manual feeding workload and improved feed conveying stability. The automatic feeding system meets the long-term operation requirements of large-scale sow farms and provides an efficient and reliable feeding solution for modern pig production.
