Automatic Feeding Line Project for 10,000-Sow Farm in Yantai

This project was an automatic feeding line supporting project for a 10,000-sow farm in Yangma Island, Yantai, Shandong, China, in August 2025. With the development of large-scale pig farming, modern farms require higher efficiency, feeding accuracy and automation levels. Traditional manual feeding methods require significant labor input and cannot ensure continuous and accurate feed supply.

To improve production efficiency and achieve standardized feeding management, the client introduced an automatic feeding system. Based on the farm scale, feeding line layout and application requirements, Jizhuwu supplied key components including quantitative feed buckets, horn feed pipes and corner wheels to establish a stable and efficient automatic feeding system.

Deodorization System Project for Jinan Academy of Agricultural Sciences Pig Farm

Project Overview

This project was an environmental improvement project for a pig farm operated by Jinan Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Shandong, China, in 2024. During intensive pig farming, odor gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, along with dust, can affect animal health, working conditions and environmental management. Traditional ventilation methods can only partially improve air circulation and cannot effectively reduce odor emissions.

To improve air quality and enhance environmental management, the client upgraded the pig farm deodorization system. Based on the pig house structure, farm scale and environmental requirements, Jizhuwu provided a customized deodorization solution to reduce odor impact and improve the barn environment.
